Scholantis pricing is based on the number of schools in your district. The software is available for self install with no additional customization and services, or a full service installation including infrastructure setup and product customisation.

Microsoft SharePoint licensing is required and is purchased separately.

Scholantis Web Edition

Licensing costs are based on the size of your school district*:

• Up to 50 schools – $1000 per school
• Additional schools up to 100 – $850 per school
• Additional schools after 100 – $750 per school

* 20 school minimum

Scholantis Portal Edition

Licensing costs are based on the size of your school district*:

• Up to 50 schools – $2000 per school
• Additional schools up to 100 – $1700 per school
• Additional schools after 100 – $1500 per school

* 15 school minimum

Additional discounts are available for districts that choose both the Web and Portal Editions.

Service & Support

Ongoing support is pro rated based on project costs at 20% per annum. For more detailed information we can provide a sample Support and Software Agreement – we are happy to answer any of your questions.
