We put a strong emphasis on the user experience of the overall process (a huge factor of success) and tend towards simple, out of the box solutions based on Microsoft InfoPath, Form Server and customised SharePoint based workflows.

Many of the forms we provide are similar across districts, whether it’s an expense form, individual education plan or contract management solution we’ll try and re-use what we have to keep delivery quick and cost effective.

If you already have SharePoint enterprise licensing in place you’re ready to start (it’s a common question). Forms Server was previously a standalone product but is now part of the SharePoint enterprise license.
